PRICING POLICY
All prices quoted are payable in U.S. Dollars and, unless otherwise stated, do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.
RISK OF LOSS
Any products purchased from aisleswithstyle.com are delivered to you by a third party delivery company, pursuant to a shipping contract. The risk of loss for such products pass to the purchaser at the time of delivery by Aisles With Style™ to the third party shipper.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Except as explicitly provided in the foregoing paragraphs, Aisles With Style™ and the Third Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding aisleswithstyle.com and/or any materials provided on aisleswithstyle.com, all of which are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aisles With Style™ and the Third Parties do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability or suitability of the operation of aisleswithstyle.com, or any of the content or data found on aisleswithstyle.com, and expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade.
Aisles With Style™ will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to any and all bodily damage as a result of installation and usage, proper or improper, of our aisle runners or other products and any and all property damage as a result of proper or improper installation and usage of our aisle runners and other products. By purchasing an aisle runner and or other products, you agree to release Aisles With Style™ of any liability associated with the usage of our products and assume full responsibility for the proper installation of the aisle runner and all possible results from the usage herein. Every customer of Aisles With Style™ assumes these legal responsibilities upon submitting an order for our products either electronically or manually.
Aisles With Style™ and the Third Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen messages or mail, unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, on-line failures, hardware, software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting communications.
Aisles With Style™ and the Third Parties assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing on aisleswithstyle.com or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from aisleswithstyle.com. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, together with those incorporated or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and it supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing, or by Aisles With Style™ making such amendments or modifications available to it pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.

RETURN POLICY
All standard length solid or printed aisle runners are refundable/exchangeable subject to the following terms and conditions:
Customer must notify Aisles With Style™ of their intent to return or exchange the runner by emailing within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will issue a return authorization code that must accompany the aisle runner upon return. We do not accept any returns or exchanges without this authorization code. This authorization code will be active for 15 days, and all returns or exchanges must be made during this time period. After the authorization code expires in 15 days, we will no longer accept the return/exchange. Returns must be sent postage or shipping prepaid.
Please ensure that you return/exchange includes the following:
1) The authorization code as provided by Aisles With Style™.
2) A copy of the wedding or event invitation as originally recorded when you placed the order. We do not accept any returns after your event date has passed.
Once we receive the returned item and our incoming inspection deems that the returned product is in brand new condition (determined solely at our discretion), we will issue a check or Pay Pal credit for the cost of the items ordered less the shipping costs that were charged to send your order, less the shipping and brokerage costs to return your order and less a 10% re-stocking fee. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom aisle runners, be it hand painted, monogrammed or custom length. All sales are FINAL on these orders once payment has been processed.
