Facilities that may have a policy against the use of aisle runners make exceptions for an Aisles With Style runner!

1. Is Aisles With Style™ a secure site for ordering online?

4. I'm not sure which colour I prefer. Are swatches of your fabric available?
Yes, fabric swatches are available for a small fee of $3.00 U.S. for up to six swatches. Please Click Here to order your swatches. We send all swatch requests by letter mail post 3-5 business days after receipt of order. Allow 1-2 weeks from order date before you will receive your swatch order. If you require faster delivery of your swatches please contact us.
5. I need a different length of aisle runner than your standard lengths. Can you make an aisle runner to the exact length I need?
Yes, we can manufacture virtually any length you require. Contact us for a quote for lengths in excess of 200 ft. For other lengths simply order the next size up and request a custom cut to your desired length in the order comment box. eg: for 53 ft, order a 60ft runner and request the custom cut on your order. Our aisle runners come in standard lengths from 20 feet to 200 feet (in 10ft increments) for maximum flexibility when ordering. If you won't know exactly what length you will require until the day of the event order the next size up and then you can cut your runner to your desired length with scissors or a rotary knife and a straight edge.
6. When will I receive my aisle runner once I have ordered?
Aisle runner orders without Add-on options or custom work will ship in approximately 7 to 10 business days. Aisle runner orders with standard Add-on options (ie. Monograms) will ship in approximately 10-15 business days. Aisle runner orders with custom work will ship in 15-20 business days. Rush orders can ship sooner at extra charge. During the online order process you have the option of choosing from a few different UPS ground and air shipping methods. In general "Ground" takes approx. 5-7 business days, "3 Day Select" takes approx. 3-5 business days, "Expedited" takes approx. 2 business days and "Next Day Air" is next day delivery in most cases. Please contact us prior to ordering for urgent Rush orders.
NOTE: The above lead times are for reference only and do not guarantee the length of time it will take to receive your order. Manufacturing load, raw materials availability and your event date can result in longer shipping times.
7. Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our location in Stouffville, ON.
8. How much is shipping to my location?
We have a real time UPS shipping calculator built into our online order process that automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the aisle runner size and your Zip Code and/or state. You will be given a few shipping options to choose from with different speeds of delivery and costs. Simply select the delivery you require. Not ready to order but curious about shipping costs to your location? Simply put the items you may wish to order in the shopping cart and continue the checkout process up until the point of calculating the shipping charges. To see a grand total before paying that includes shipping and taxes continue the checkout process one more step after selecting a shipping method.
9. What taxes apply to my purchase?
If you are located in the United States, we do not charge any taxes.
10. Who handles your shipping?
We use UPS for all of our shipments. We insure all of our shipments against loss. Please note that any orders that are greater in value than $200.00 U.S. may incur UPS brokerage charges (typically $23.75 for orders with values between $200.01 and $1250.00) . Yes, please email us and we will advise you of the shipping charges to your destination.
CARE AND INSTALLATION
Your Aisles With Style™ runner with sure-grip backing is designed to be used in any setting, on any floor surface, indoors or out.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when installing your runner:
You can either unroll your aisle runner and have it in place before the guests are seated or unroll it right before the bride walks down the aisle.
If you're concerned about your guests getting your runner dirty while they are being seated have the ushers seat guests from the outside of the rows and not from the aisle. Alternatively, if your chairs are moveable or you have a very wide aisle you can leave space on either side of the runner so your guests can still access their seat from both ends.
If you are using your runner outside on grass or sand be sure to properly secure your runner with weights or spikes along the edges as wind can will lift the runner.
Spot clean your runner with a damp cloth or machine wash on gentle and lay flat or hang to dry if necessary.
Always store your runner on the provided tube, flat on the ground.
RETURN POLICY
All standard length solid or printed aisle runners are refundable/exchangeable subject to the following terms and conditions:
Customer must notify Aisles With Style™ of their intent to return or exchange the runner by emailing within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will issue a return authorization code that must accompany the aisle runner upon return. We do not accept any returns or exchanges without this authorization code. This authorization code will be active for 15 days, and all returns or exchanges must be made during this time period. After the authorization code expires in 15 days, we will no longer accept the return/exchange. Returns must be sent postage or shipping prepaid.
Please ensure that you return/exchange includes the following:
1) The authorization code as provided by Aisles With Style™.
2) A copy of the wedding or event invitation as originally recorded when you placed the order. We do not accept any returns after your event date has passed.
Once we receive the returned item and our incoming inspection deems that the returned product is in brand new condition (determined solely at our discretion), we will issue a check or Pay Pal credit for the cost of the items ordered less the shipping costs that were charged to send your order, less the shipping and brokerage costs to return your order and less a 10% re-stocking fee. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom aisle runners, be it hand painted, monogrammed or custom length. All sales are FINAL on these orders once payment has been processed.
