WHAT ARE YOUR RUNNERS MADE OF?
All Aisles With Style runners are made of a polyester fabric that is milled right here in North America. These are
real fabric and should not be confused with rayon/paper type runners that are often called 'cloth' runners. Our runners have an exclusive sure-grip foam backing that prevents slippage on hard surfaces giving you safety and peace of mind. Our runners look beautiful and they're safe to walk on!
HOW WIDE ARE THEY?
We sell the widest non-slip runner on the market! Ours are 47" wide and available in lengths starting at 20ft and increasing in 10ft increments up to 150ft giving you more choice. We only have the 47" width available, we cannot make them any wider.
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Order as early as possible! It's not a good idea to wait until the last minute for a custom product, this can result in having to pay higher shipping charges to get it on time.
Order times:
Solid color runners take 2-5 business days for processing plus shipping (UPS ground takes 5 business days)
Names and Date runners take 1-2 weeks for processing plus shipping (UPS ground takes 5 business days)
Custom designed runners take 2-3 weeks for processing plus shipping (UPS ground takes 5 business days)
Swatch samples go out via regualr mail and can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE GUIDLINES ONLY! Your order could come faster or take longer depending on order volume and time of year (April-October is high season). Painted orders are prioritized by wedding date. Rush orders can be acommadated, please email us first.
WHAT COLORS DO THEY COME IN?
All available colors are shown on our website here. If you don't see it, we don't have it :) We are not able to do custom fabric colors or dyeing. Paint colors are easily matched to your theme so a good alternative is having your names and date or other artwork done in your required color on a white, ivory or black runner.
ARE SAMPLES AVAILABLE?

I NEED A DIFFERENT LENGTH THAN I SEE ONLINE
We can manufacture virtually any length you require. Contact us for a quote for lengths in excess of 150ft. For other lengths simply order the next size up and request a custom cut to your desired length in the order comment box. eg: for 53 ft, order a 60ft runner and request the custom cut on your order. Our aisle runners come in standard lengths from 20 feet to 200 feet (in 10ft increments) for maximum flexibility when ordering. If you won't know exactly what length you will require until the day of the event order the next size up and then you can cut your runner to your desired length with scissors or a rotary knife and a straight edge.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We have a real time UPS shipping calculator built into our online order process that automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the aisle runner size and your Zip Code and/or state. You will be given a few shipping options to choose from with different speeds of delivery and costs. Simply select the delivery you require. Not ready to order but curious about shipping costs to your location? Simply put the items you may wish to order in the shopping cart and continue the checkout process up until the point of calculating the shipping charges. To see a grand total before paying that includes shipping and taxes continue the checkout process one more step after selecting a shipping method.
DO YOU SHIP WORLWIDE?
Yes, please email us your COMPLETE address and length of runner you need and we will advise you of the shipping charges to your destination.
HOW DO I INSTALL MY RUNNER?
We always recommend pre-installation of your runner so it looks perfect! Roll out your runner and use a ribbon or garland to rope off the aisle so your guests won't walk on it prior to the ceremony. Have your Ushers seat your guests from the outside of the pews/chairs. If that is not possible then install your runner after all your guests have been seated but before the processional starts.
CAN THE RUNNER BE USED OUTDOORS?
Absolutely! Here are some installation tips to keep in mind
Grass: Ask you venue to mow where your aisle is located as short as possible the day before your event. Stake the runner down with our Outdoor Spikes to hold it firmly in place in the event of wind.
Concrete or Interlock Stone: Use two sided carpet tape to hold it down or plant pots/heavy vases to keep it in place.
Wood decks or Docks: Staples work best but if that is not permitted then use the two sided tape etc.
Sand: Install on firm sand and bury the edges with sand or use decorative weighted objects along the sides. You may also want to install a plywood base to make it sturdier. Beaches can be very windy!
CAN THEY BE WASHED AND RE-USED?
Yes, the runners can be re-used quite a few times depending on the color and conditions of use. Painted runners can only be spot cleaned, all others can be machine washed on gentle or spot cleaned with a mild soap. Long lengths can be difficult to machine wash.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE RUNNER AFTER THE WEDDING?
You can cut you artwork/momongram portion off the runner and use it to make a great photo mat to put your wedding pictures around, have it made into a pillow, wall hanging..the [possibilities are endless! You can also donate the runner portion to a local church or a lucky friend..or sell it on Ebay!
RETURN POLICY
All standard length solid or printed aisle runners are refundable/exchangeable subject to the following terms and conditions:
Customer must notify Aisles With Style™ of their intent to return or exchange the runner by emailing us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will issue a return authorization code that must accompany the aisle runner upon return. We do not accept any returns or exchanges without this authorization code. The authorization code will be active for 15 days and all returns or exchanges must be made during this time period. If we have not received the return in 15 days or less since the date the authorization code was issued we will no longer accept the return/exchange. Returns must be sent postage or shipping prepaid.
Please ensure that you return/exchange includes the following:
1) The authorization code as provided by Aisles With Style™.
2) A copy of the wedding or event invitation as originally recorded when you placed the order. We do not accept any returns after your event date has passed.
Once we receive the returned item and our incoming inspection deems that the returned product is in brand new condition (determined solely at our discretion), we will issue a check or Pay Pal credit for the cost of the items ordered less the shipping costs that were charged to send your order, less the shipping and brokerage costs to return your order and less a 10% re-stocking fee. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom aisle runners, be it hand painted, monogrammed or custom length. All sales are FINAL on these orders once payment has been processed.
